Every bean roasted under the GLISS Caffee name virtually bears my signature, as I personally curate every roast – with extensive experience, a keen sense, and the ambition to create not just good, but exceptional coffee.”

Whether on coffee farms at the origin, during tastings at the Contor, or in collaborations with partners from gastronomy, hospitality, or retail – Michael is the face of the brand, the taster behind the bean, and the advocate for a new, conscious coffee culture.
