By using gentle harvesting methods, we achieve high quality raw beans and can avoid broken and defective raw beans.

The Luxembourg (caramel malt) whisky matures for 5 years in wooden wine barrels on the Moselle until it is macerated with selected coffee beans, giving it its strong whisky aroma. Once the coffee beans have absorbed the aroma of the whiskey, they are then carefully roasted. This way, the alcohol dissolves completely. However, the sweet aromas and spicy taste are retained, which makes our whisky coffee a gently fresh coffee experience. We recommend preparing it as an espresso.
